During an in-person crystal healing session at the Practice Rooms in Cheltenham, you'll be welcomed into a tranquil space designed for relaxation and healing.
We begin with a brief consultation to discuss your concerns and goals, followed by an assessment of your energetic state. This information helps me tailor the treatment to your specific needs.
You'll then be invited to lie comfortably on a treatment table, with optional cushions and blankets for your comfort. I intuitively select crystals that resonate with your energy field and gently place them on and around your body. Through meditation and energy work, I guide healing vibrations through the crystals, promoting balance and wellbeing on multiple levels.
During the session, you may experience a deep sense of relaxation, warmth, gentle tingling, or visualise colours and images as the crystals interact with your energy field. After the treatment, you'll have time to gently return to full awareness.
We'll conclude with a short discussion of your experience, I'll provide water for hydration, and offer aftercare advice to help you integrate the healing effects into your daily life.
