Crystal healing in person (Cheltenham)

During an in-person crystal healing session, you'll be welcomed into my home in Cheltenham, where I’ve created a tranquil space for relaxation and healing.

We begin by discussing your concerns and goals, followed by an assessment of your energy centres. This info helps me tailor the treatment to your specific needs.

You'll then be invited to lie on a treatment table, with optional cushions and blankets for your comfort. I intuitively select crystals that resonate with your energy field and gently place them on and around your body. Through energy work and intention, I direct healing vibrations through the crystals.

During the session, you may experience a deep sense of relaxation, warmth, gentle tingling, or visualise colours and images as the crystals interact with your energy field. After the treatment, you'll have time to gently return to full awareness.

We'll finish with a short discussion of your experience, I'll provide water, and offer aftercare advice to help you integrate the healing effects into your daily life.

Crystal healing online

During an online distant crystal healing session, I connect with you energetically, regardless of your physical location. We begin with a brief phone or video call to discuss your concerns and goals for the session.

I then use a printed image of a body or create a crystal grid as a focal point for your energy. Intuitively selecting crystals that resonate with your needs, I place them on the image or within the grid. Through meditation and energy work, I channel healing vibrations through the crystals, directing them to you.

You're encouraged to find a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax during the agreed-upon time. Many clients report sensations similar to in-person sessions, such as warmth, tingling, or a sense of deep relaxation.

After the session, we reconnect briefly to discuss any experiences and provide aftercare advice.

This distance healing method allows you to receive the benefits of crystal therapy from the comfort of your own home, making it ideal for those unable to attend in-person sessions or preferring remote healing experiences.

Crystalline reading

In a crystalline reading, I work with crystals to connect with the Akashic records, which hold vibrational (rather than physical) data about all your experiences in the past, present, and future. Sometimes, the records are described as ‘a Google search for your soul’.

In this space, we access wisdom and guidance about how you can move forward in life and how you can heal, grow, and evolve on your journey.

You can come to the session with a few specific questions, whether they be about relationships, purpose, finance, your spiritual journey, or something else.

The Akashic Records are completely non-judgemental! They are a very healing and high vibrational space, where there is no right and wrong. Please also know that this is not a psychic reading, and I will not be able to make predictions about your future! Instead, I will be able to help you unlock lessons that can help you grow and heal.

Neuro re-patterning

This treatment is designed to release emotional patterns and beliefs that are holding you back.

We identify a limiting belief together, then locate where it is energetically in your body. I will work with crystal energy to remove the belief on the deepest level possible. We will then install a new belief into each energy centre.

Please note that this session is only available if you have already had one initial crystal healing session with me. This is necessary to balance your energy so that the neuro-repatterning process can happen effectively.
